Identity and marketing for riverside new homes.
After visiting the proposed site on a picturesque bend of the River Trent and taking several panoramic photographs of the surrounding views, it was clear that the location needed to be the main theme of the marketing materials. The vista was amazing!
We developed a simple typographic identity which would complement the riverside imagery. Using an adapted A to mirror the property roof lines and adopting a palette which gave a luxurious and contemporary feel of the waterside location.
The brochure design formed the foundation for all other sales and marketing materials and played a pivotal role in 30% of the properties being reserved within the first three months.
